Kim is a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, Candidate January 2019. She holds certifications in group fitness and personal training.   Kim has a passion for holistic wellness and respect for each individual journey.  She enjoys hiking, dancing and the hula hoop. Randy

Randy

Randy is the TriForce Operations Manager.  He holds a certification in personal training.  With more than 30 years in fitness, Randy shares his experience with his clients. He enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, riding his motorcycle and driving his 1948 Chevy Rat Rod.  Stop in and ask him how he built his Rat Rod.

Jennifer is the TriForce Administrative Assistance.  She holds a certification in personal training.  Jennifer enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking and biking.  In her down time, she loves a good book.  She also loves to chat with our clients.  Stop in and ask her about the last good book she’s read.  Give her a recommendation.

Carrie is a TriForce Fitlife Trainer.  She holds certifications in personal training, Zumba, and STRONG by Zumba.  Carrie enjoys reading, shopping, gymnastics and spending time with her family.  Carrie has a passion for making fitness fun with her cool moves.
