The Four Pillars
Fresh Workouts Each Session
You will be in 3 small group training sessions per week taking you through a wide variety of sweat building workouts to help you melt fat, tone up, and see results. AND – You will be able to track your own progress via your phone with our InBody scale, which will help you continue to improve and see results far past your 6 weeks, as long as you stick with it.
We will sit down with you and provide you with a custom meal plan. Exactly what you need, given your body, schedule, and food preferences so it is not only doable, but enjoyable. We adjust every week as needed to make sure you see results week-in, week-out.
We will provide you with a mapped out grocery list so you know what to buy at the grocery store, and leave nothing to guesswork. The average person spends ~$45/week on groceries for 21 meals at Kroger. Our process will cut down on your time in the grocery store with most people getting in and out in under 15 min.

Not only will you have us when you are in the gym, but you will also be able to contact your personal accountability & health coach whenever you need for help, tips, advice, or just someone to give you extra encouragement. We are here to help you succeed. We will also CHECK-IN WEEKLY to congratulate you on your success and keep you on track.
