Coach Kim studied health coaching at the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy (FMCA) in 2018. Her interest in health came with the onset of menopause and the search for symptom relief. Therefore, she focuses a good deal of her practice on support for the pre- and post- menopausal woman. Throughout her studies with FMCA, she learned that food is indeed medicine, and when partnered with an active lifestyle, it can increase our chances for a disease-free life. Food is more than a source of energy or calories. It supports our body’s processes.
Bring that plan to us. We will help you obtain clarity and figure it out.
There are various membership options at TriForce Fitness. Nobody is excluded.
